Mentoring sessions are a way of standing back from your work and your
life. They provide a place to reflect on how well they are going and
whether you want to make changes.
Some of the issues clients bring are:
How can I work more effectively with my Committee, my boss,
or the people I manage?
Could I manage my workload better?
How can I ensure a successful and strategic organisation?
I want to be clearer about my personal direction
I want to be more confident in my life and my work
In working as a mentor and coach, Pippa
uses warmth and humour, as well as her experience of personal and
organisational development.
