I work with individuals and organisations to maximise their effectiveness in providing quality services. I have worked in the not-for-profit sector as a committee member, director, volunteer and instigator of projects. I am an NLP Master practitioner and I use coaching, mentoring, facilitation and Action Learning to help people get the best from themselves in their work. I am an associate of Fairbridge Training and also work with NCBI London to create a more inclusive society.
