I work with individuals and organisations to maximise their effectiveness in providing quality services. I have worked in the not-for-profit sector as a committee member, director, volunteer and instigator of projects. I am an NLP Master practitioner and I use coaching, mentoring, facilitation and Action Learning to help people get the best from themselves in their work. I am an associate of Fairbridge Training and also work with NCBI London to create a more inclusive society. If you want to know more about my work as a Lightning Process practitioner please see www.newleaf-changes.co.uk

I have worked in community work and regeneration projects for over 30 years, as field worker, trainer, evaluator and project director. I have also worked as a probation officer and as a warden of a youth and community centre. Much of my work has been resident-led, including the development of award-winning management co-operatives.  My approach is to develop the strengths of people and groups to reach shared goals in open and lively ways. I specialise in community development, evaluations, grant schemes and international development work, including strengthening social partnerships and local democracy in countries of the former Soviet Union.

I specialise in the field of personal disputes with high emotional content, particularly in the workplace, where conflict is affecting work output and the wider team, as well as the individuals’ own health and well being. I have been working as an accredited mediator and trainer for 20 years in a variety of fields:  workplace, community (neighbour disputes and homelessness prevention), NHS complaints, and disability discrimination. My approach is based on the belief that the people in conflict are best placed to find their own solutions.

I enjoy working with Pippa on delivering leadership and skills development training to residents active in their housing associations and communities.
