I am a Coach and Mentor to senior managers, managers and front line workers.I work with warmth, humour and an ability to challenge that will help you clarify your goals, work more effectively and with more enjoyment. I will help you find direction and clarity in your life, using a selection of tools and methods including NLP, Solutions Focus Coaching, and counselling.

Qualifications: post-graduate Diploma in Facilitation, Leadership and Coaching from the IDHP, Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coaching, NLP Master Practitioner.

Pippa helps me to harness the skills and knowledge I have but that I don't always realise are there. She helps you to find your own solutions to problems which really makes you feel like you are moving forward.
