• working with Tenant Management Organisations
• facilitating the development of tenants groups
• training tenants in Community Development
• working with civil society organisations in Siberia, Kyrgistan and Ukraine

Sverdlovsk Social Partnership project 

As project Manager of this DFID funded project, Neil made an excellent contribution to its success which worked principally with NGO fostering the concept of social partnership with city and municipal authorities.  Neil developed highly productive relationships with many NGOs and helped them to develop an umbrella organisation linking a diverse range of NGO’s and providing a unified voice for them. He ran successful grant programmes and led a significant capacity building program.
